Louise Hartley

Louise joined Charnwood in March 2008 as a part-time Receptionist/Admin Clerk. With a full time career spanning 25 years working in retail and local government roles, Louise has always worked in customer focused environments where excellent customer service skills are paramount and prides herself in providing her colleagues and clients with “service with a smile”.

During her spare time Louise enjoys her hobby/obsession of genealogy together with days out on her narrowboat which is moored locally on the River Soar.

Rachael Fuller

Rachael joined Charnwood Accountants in October 2009 as an Administrator.  Prior to this she worked as an administrator within the sales department for a company that provided industrial/laboratory scales. She has acquired good secretarial/administration background and skills during this time, and a good understanding of customer care. Rachael applies a professional approach to her job, providing a warm welcome to clients on reception and providing administration support to the technical team in the office.

Rachael’s personal interests are playing hockey, walking and travelling.
